AlwaysReply sends and receives messages on behalf of the businesses that use our service (for example, a cleaning company). When we do, we process their customers' information only to provide the service to that business, following that business's instructions. The business owns that customer data. If you received a message from a business that uses AlwaysReply, you can reply STOP at any time, or contact that business directly about your data.
6. Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

- Email us to ask what information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it.
- Our website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
