These Terms govern your use of alwaysreply.us and the services provided by Catalyst Global LLC, doing business as AlwaysReply ("AlwaysReply", "we", "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. Clients who sign up for a paid plan also receive a separate service agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
1. Our services
AlwaysReply sets up and operates AI-assisted text messaging and related tools for local service businesses, including lead response, missed-call text-back, booking and reminders, and review requests. We also design and build websites. Specific features, limits and prices are described on our pricing section and in your order.
2. SMS Program Terms
Program name: AlwaysReply notifications
Description: Text messages about your inquiry, demo scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy.
3. Fees and billing
- Plans are billed monthly, in advance. One-time setup and website fees are due before work begins.
- Plans are month-to-month. You can cancel with 30 days written notice. Setup and website fees are non-refundable once work has started, unless stated otherwise in your order.
- Usage above your plan's included limits is billed at cost plus 20%.
- Promotional or launch prices apply as stated at the time of purchase.
4. Your responsibilities (clients)
- You provide accurate business information, prices and policies, and approve the scripts your assistant uses.
- You only ask us to message people who contacted your business or gave consent, and you comply with applicable laws, including the TCPA and carrier rules.
- You own your customer data. We use it only to provide the service to you.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use our services to send spam, unsolicited marketing, illegal content, or messages that violate carrier or messaging-provider policies. We may suspend service that puts our messaging registration or other clients at risk.
6. Websites we build
Once paid in full, you own the website content and design we create for you. Optional care plans cover hosting, updates and the stated amount of changes per month. Third-party costs such as domain registration are not included unless stated.
7. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." AI-generated replies can occasionally be inaccurate; our assistants are designed to hand uncertain conversations to you. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, bookings or revenue.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlwaysReply is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
